All the comforts of home.
The property is clean, comfortable and well located. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and though we were mostly out and about, the house was a joy to come home to.

Everything you need for a great Ibiza holiday
This place was perfect for our family of 5. Wonderful location near Cala Tarida, super clean & spaciaous, brilliant hosts, accurate listing, easy in and out. Short drive to beaches and restaurants. quality small supermarket close by. A perfect base for a holiday...would love to have stayed longer. Great accomodation! Thank you!

Everything went great!

Have just returned from a great 7 day stay at the house. great location if youre beach people as the lovely Cala Tarida beach is 10 minutes walk with the brilliant El Chiringuito where we ate everyday! the house itself is modern & easy on the eye with a great roof terrace to watch the sunset. Probably shouldve have rented a car but it was very expensive this year so organised taxis in advance to Ibiza Town etc. Overall strongly recommend!

Perfect getaway in a stunning quiet location.
A much needed relaxing vacation in a perfect setting. We had stayed at the property the previous year and loved it, if anything the experience was even better this time. Thanks to Mon and Paul for their care and hospitality, and for having the property in top notch condition.

San Jose autumn get away
Spotlessly clean and well equipped villa with a fantastic roof terrace for watching the sunrises and sunsets. Friendly and obliging host. We were there over Halloween by which time a lot of things were closed but we still managed to have a great and relaxing time. Highly recommended!

Family trip to Ibiza
We had a great stay at Paul's house. Nice and spacious with a great roof terrace and outside terrace for eating too. The pool is a little bit away from the house so you have to go down there with the children but this wasn't a problem and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Lovely location with nice bars and restaurants on the beach to choose from and lots of other nice beaches nearby only a short drive away.

My family and I have just got back from a 2 weeks stay. We all had an amazing stay in Cala Tarida. The villa itself was perfect for the 4 of us, the location was excellent with just a short walk to the beach. There are a number of restaurants on the beach itself with more in the village, all were excellent. Paul was super helpful with pointers on beaches and restaurants nearby.

House in Cala tarida
Lovely quiet house about 10 mins walk or 3 mins drive from cala tarida beach. There is a small communal pool right next to the house which didn't ever get busy. Perfect for families. Kitchen was fully equipped and there was emergency supplies such as toilet paper, washing machine and dishwasher tablets etc. which was really useful until we were able to go to the supermarket. The house has a beautiful roof terrace with a large seating area to enjoy drinks and see the sunsets in the evening which saves you having to eat out at a an expensive restaurant for the same view. I would stay in this house again

A lovely holiday
Paul was a very good host and catered to all our needs. The house was beautiful and spotless. Location is great to be able to see the rest of the island although I would definitely recommend hiring a car asthe walk to the local beach is further than you think and that way you can explore all other areas properly. We had overlooked the €600 cash damages deposit as this is only mentioned after booking but Paul was understanding of this and it was sorted out quickly which we appreciated. Overall we had a great holiday and would go back again.

It was great
We enjoyed a great stay in Paul's house. The house was spotlessly clean and situated in a quite neighborhood just a short walk to Cala Tarida and local restaurants. It was also just a 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket and village. The house accommodates 6 people very easily with a fantastic roof terrace and relaxing garden. The pool was lovely and we seemed to be the only people using it during our 1 week stay. Its handy to note that the price on the website is for 4 people and there are extra charges if more people stay. Overall a fantastic house in a great location with very friendly owners and we would definitely book again.

Fabulous villa with lots of amenities, quiet position but well placed to explore the island.
Lovely villa and well equipped for a family holiday. Recommend a car to explore the Island and all the fabulous beaches a short drive away as well as the near by Tarida beach with the great Eufabes restaurant for lunch. Really enjoyed our stay.

A great place to relax.
Our family enjoyed a lovely week in Cala Tarida. The villa itself is fantastic and was spot on for our needs. Everything is relatively new and the property was clean throughout. The roof terrace gave spectacular views of the sunset so was a really nice thing to have. The complex the villa is in was really quiet, we only saw a few people and never saw anyone at the pool, so if you want a quiet place to unwind it's perfect. The location was great. Cala Tarida beach is a short stroll away and has a decent selection of bars & restaurants. If you fancy a change we also liked Cala Vadella beach as an alternative, which is a short drive but also a very nice beach. The owner Paul was very helpful and met us at the villa to show us around. We never had any problems while we were there but if we did I'm sure they would have been sorted out very quickly, so no complaints there.

Fantastic property in a great location.
We had an amazing holiday in Cala Tarida. About the property: The property was new, clean and very convenient for the beach and for the swimming pool too. The property had everything that we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable family holiday. The terrace on the roof was amazing. It was possible to see the amazing Ibiza's sunset from there. The location: We love the west side of the island. The beaches are not too busy and the calas are amazing. The restaurants in general around the area are pretty good and reasonable in price. The location is perfect for families or couples that would like a very chill holiday. About the owner: We arrived very late at night and Paul (the owner) wait for us to show us the property and how everything works in there. He also ensured we some essentials such as bottles of water, milk and bread for the next morning. He was ever so nice and really approachable man. We definitely recommend this property. Without a doubt five stars!

Amazing villa! great location, wonderful hosts.
The villa has everything you need for a self catered holiday. Shared pool but we saw no one else use it. 5 mins walk to the beach. 10 mins to the local shops. Local beach is gorgeous great bars and restaurants. We hired a car to explore the island many wonderful beaches. Easy to get a taxi in and out of Ibiza town. We were 4 friends celebrating our 40th birthdays and I think we would all return asap!!! Couple of things that would be really handy. Firstly a guest book to write ideas of places to visit, best beaches, restaurants etc. And also a few more of the little things like dustbin sacks, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and toilet roll. Otherwise you end up buying a lot of stuff that you won't use in a week. Paul and Mon were extremely helpful we would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Beautiful Property
Great, well presented property in a lovely quiet location. Very secure and with vibrant gardens and super views especially from the roof terrace. Both Paul and the owner were very helpful as the property can be hard for taxi's to locate as no road name sign and the numbers jump. Short walk 10 mins + down to a great beach with good restaurants. The closest supermarket walking by road is 20 mins probably quicker across the beach. Whole area has a nice vibe and not too touristy. Have suggested an information pack in the house might be useful and if arriving by taxi on a later flight ask if some water/milk can be supplied for the fridge. All 4 ladies enjoyed out stay and would return again.

Great house, great location, great holiday
This detached house was very clean and complete with all the kitchen equipment you might need for self catering. The living space was a nice size with 3 good sized bedrooms, especially the main bedroom with a balcony. Lovely gated outside space with the pool just a minutes walk away and a new BBQ for cooking outside. The roof terrace was a lovely way to spend an evening with great views of the sea and amazing sunsets. Friendly maid service 3 times during our stay with clean bedding and towels. Paul and Mon could not have been more helpful before and during our stay and would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants a peaceful self catering holiday with a lovely beach and restaurants/bars within a 10 minute walk away. Am Ende des Aufenthalts wurden uns Schäden zur Last gelegt die bereits bestanden. Kaputter Wäscheständer, Macke in der Badewanne und eine angebliche Beschädigung an einer Schiebetür. Glücklicherweise hatten wir Die Kaution in Höhe von 600 €, die vor Ort in bar hinterlegt werden sollte, nicht hinterlegt. Am Abreisetag sollten wir für die Klimaanlage (die sich an einem Tag selbstständig anschaltete) 135 € zahlen, was wir verweigerten. Die Wegbeschreibung ist schlichtweg falsch.

Bonjour elisabeth, Je me dois de vous répondre, et je vais écrire un avis sur vous et votre groupe d'amies, pour que les autres propriétaires sachent quel type de locataires vous êtes. Pour ma part "blacklist". Vous n'avez pas respecté les règles de la maison et de vrbo depuis votre arrivée. Vous êtes arrivées en envahisseurs quatres heures avant le "cheek-in", vous avez dérangé la femme de ménage et n'avez pas respecté son travail. Vous n'avez pas déposé le dépôt de garantie obligatoire, à votre arrivée "600€, ni plus tard, vous avez intimidé "carol" qui manque d 'expérience. vous n avez pas payé la totalité de l "ecotasa". Pendant votre séjour, vous avez joué et déclenché l'alarme dans la nuit, vous avez fais des dégâts, dans la baignoire, sèche linge extérieur, Vous avez fait du bruit la nuit, dans la calme urbanisation familiale. La climatisation faisait 13.3 euros de consomation,et non pas 133, vous avez dû mal comprendre à six heures du matin. Vous n avez pas non plus respecté l'heure du "cheek-out" prévu à dix heures, vous êtes parties rapidement à 6h du matin, de nuit, sans laisser le temps de vérifier la maison. Comment vous permettez-vous d écrire cet avis ? Je vais maintenant vous réclamer, les sommes dues et pour réparer les dégâts causés par vous où votre groupe. Cordialement.

Wenn man in den Ferien- und Urlaubszeiten die Insel besucht ist der Strand sehr voll. Außerhalb der Ferienzeiten ist die Insel sicher romantisch. In jedem Fall ist das Haus perfekt.

Das Haus ist in einem sg Zustand. Der Empfang am Anreisetag war prima. Die Lage vom Haus war perfekt. Alles war vorhanden. Klimaanlage nicht Einzel einstellbar für jedes Zimmer, in den kleinen Zimmern wurde es so sehr kalt wenn es im großen Schlafzimmer gerade eine gute Temperatur erreicht hatte… Das Haus ist für 6 Personen. Auch wenn wir zu Beginn für weniger Gäste gebucht hatten, kamen 2 Jugendliche hinzu. Dafür mussten wir 700 Euro mehr zahlen. Auch habe der Besitzer geändert, und wir mussten 150 Euro zusätzlich Strom zahlen. Zusätzlich also 850 Euro zahlen ist uns schon ziemlich übertrieben vorgekommen. Das hinterlässt einen bitteren Nachgeschmack…Ansonsten ist das Haus wirklich gut

Bellissima casa, gestione non all'altezza.
Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questa graziosa villetta. La casa è molto bella, nuova, ben tenuta, arredo moderno, molti comfort, cucina attrezzata, perfetta per 6 persone. Zona bella a pochi minuti da cala tarida ma senza servizi in zona (solo un piccolo market vicino). Piscina carina e fruibile. La gestione del soggiorno invece non è stata altrettanto gradevole. Abbiamo comunicato il nostro orario di check in molti giorni prima del nostro arrivo. La sera prima del giorno di check in ci è stato detto che quell'orario non andava più bene con conseguenti notevoli disagi (viaggiamo con due bambine). Non abbiamo trovato lenzuola in tutti i letti ma solo copriletto (segnalata la cosa Carol, molto gentile, ha subito provveduto a sistemare). Verso fine soggiorno ci è stato comunicato che come da contratto avremmo dovuto pagare l'aria condizionata a parte oltre ai 5.500 euro già versati per le due settimane, tuttavia al momento del check in nessuno ci aveva mostrato il contatore dell'aria condizionata quindi ci siamo dovuti fidare di una fotografia dello stesso per il calcolo dei kw usati. Non ci è sembrato corretto, avremmo pagato più volentieri se avessimo avuto la possibilità di vedere noi stessi il contatore all'arrivo e abbiamo segnalato questa cosa. Inoltre da contratto avremmo dovuto avere pulizia della casa due volte a settimana e ci è stata offerta una sola pulizia in due settimane. Ho trovato molto scomodo dare la cauzione richiesta di euro 600 in contanti che non è sempre facile avere durante i viaggi. Per ultimo sottolineo di aver ricevuto, in seguito credo alle nostre rimostranze su contatore e pulizie, un messaggio whatsapp piuttosto sgradevole da numero sconosciuto e persona che non si è qualificata in alcun modo, nemmeno con nome e cognome, la sera prima del check out, in cui si diceva di rivolgerci al proprietario di casa se avessimo avuto qualcosa da ridire. In definitiva ci tornerei a patto che la gestione sia diversa.

Schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus / Great vacation in a outstanding house
Wir waren zur Osterzeit 2019 als Familie hier zu Gast und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist echt super - und die Krönung ist die Dachterrasse mit dem Blick Richtung Sonnenuntergang auf bequemen Lounge Möbeln. Hier hätten wir jeden Abend verbringen können - wenn die Insel nicht noch viele andere Highlights zu bieten hätte. Der Strand in der Bucht es ebenfalls sehr schön und zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Wichtig ist es hier, umbedingt ein eigenes Auto zu haben, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle etwas entfernt sind. Wir überlegen, ob wir im Herbst oder im nächsten Frühjahr wiederkommen!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in schöner Anlage, Meer zu Fuß gut erreichbar
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, dem freundlichen Gastgeber und der Umgebung (inklusive dem schönen Strand in Cala Tarida). Für uns für den Urlaub mit unserem 2 Jahre alten Sohn war alles perfekt. Ein Auto benötigt man allerdings schon, da sonst der Weg zum Supermarkt etwas weit ist (ca. 15 min. zu Fuß - was mit vollen Einkaufstüten ziemlich weit sein kann).

La casa è bella e spaziosa, con cucina accessoriata. La posizione è ottima per visitare le migliori spiagge di Ibiza. Cala Tarida è raggiungibile con una breve camminata di 10 minuti. Paul è molto gentile e disponibile.

We had a great time in Paul's house in Tarida! The house had everything we needed for our stay: spacious kitchen and living room, good beds, dishwasher, washingmachine etc. It was also very clean. ENCANTADOS CON EL ALOJAMIENTO
La casa es preciosa, funcional y muy limpia. Hemos estado muy cómodos. La ubicación es estupenda para moverse por la isla, además Cala Tarida (a 5 minutos andando) cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios. Las personas que lo gestionan son encantadoras y han sido muy atentos con todo. Sn duda repetiríamos.
