"We enjoyed our stay here. The house has a lot of character, and worked out well for the 7 of us. We appreciated the hammock and the option to eat outside. The loft was very hot upon arrival, but cooled off quickly once we turned on the a/c and fan. Neighbors were helpful and friendly, and it's a nice area to ride bikes around the neighborhood or take walks to the ponds. John Joseph’s pond was available for our use,but unfortunately Buck’s pond where the kayak is had a harmful algal bloom present...

"The cabin is tiny, which we expected. We did not expect to have doors that wouldn't close. Not that they wouldn't quite shut all the way - the bathroom and master bedroom doors would not shut at all. Also the cooking supplies were bare bones and generally not clean. There was nothing to scrub the grill with. I dripped coffee on the floor and when I wiped it up with paper towes, they came up black, which shows that the floors rarely get a good cleaning. "Ron made the entire process very easy and was great to deal with! He was very accommodating for everything and goes out of his way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! According to previous reviews, this place was not the greatest in the past. Ron recently purchased this property and has been doing extensive renovations to the entire place and really turning things around! I think that in a little more time and a few more renovations, things will be even better!"

"Cozy clean property that allows pets. Outdoor fire pit area was great and perfectly private. I also loved that the property had a private beach area with lounge chairs. I used the grill and had brunch on the patio table. So nice to enjoy the water from so many parts of the property. Area is quiet and a 7 min walk to Onset Center where you can grab icecream or on some weekdays there’s an even in town. Close to plazas for other needs."
