Sand Hollow is a quick 5 min to the left of Pecan Valley resort with Quail 5 min to the right. Looking for a hike? Zion National Park is 45min down the road! Stay in this quiet new development for some time away from the hustle and bustle while still being able to get anywhere to shop or eat within 10-20min!

Great Place to stay

Excellent host. Perfect location, clean and convenient parking. The front door lock was sticky and should probably be repaired.

Such a cute space

My brother’s and I stayed here overnight while we visited our grandparents. The host was so sweet and amazing and responded to all of my messages almost immediately. The space was very clean, brand new and in a great new neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Hurricane property

This was a perfect situation for our family. It happened to be six minutes away from our family reunion location. The only constructive feedback would be black out curtains on the front door as the street lamp shines through at night. Thanks so much for being a great host!
