Disappointed for the money! . Please review ALL the issues below to understand why. The property manager should had immediately sent a house cleaner down, the first time I text them, in regards to the status of the inside of the house. We paid a cleaning fee, and never received a clean house to begin with. They only sent two young boys to wash the pool windows. I pointed out to the two young men, the other issues with the floors, potato chips, outside area, and they were only told to clean the windows. This house was cleaner when we left it, then when we arrived. The house in general, is beautiful, and great for a group of friends/family. We had a bad experience, and I am hoping this review, changes the quality of cleanliness and importance of disclosing 'construction work being done,' before renting. We never received any compensation back or a real true apology. Just be cautious. 1. There was NO disclosing information that there would be construction the entire week, all around us, at 6:30am every week day morning. 2.. An entire rabbit was sucked into the pool vacuum and not disposed of. We had to do ourselves and wait to use the pool. 3. There were potato chips, pretzels, candy, dirt , etc., throughout the house upon arrival. The Shark vacuum was entirely clogged and my husband took a 35 minutes to unclog and put back together, just to be able to use to vacuum this entire house. I had 3 FULL canisters of dirt, not red clay, to empty, just to get the house up to par that would be acceptable. The pool windows hadn't been cleaned either and had handprints all over them when we pulled back the drapes. We had to clean the entire pool area, including the outdoor seats, which two of them had food stuck/embedded on them. The BBQ hadn't been cleaned either, so my husband did this after the vacuum issue. 4. Both the master and mini master had broken bathroom doors, upon arrival. We let the maintenance pool guy know, he said he would be back to fix them, and he never came back. 5. No kitchen drying towels.
