"Just had 5 days vacation there lovely place very friendly staff many options for dining I targeted the oriental restaurant which was amazing there is also Italian Asian restaurant all open Beaufet and ala carte Pools are beautiful and clean always life guards avalobke there is aqua park also active animation team with shows after dinner and exercises in the pool Very family and kid friendly For sure will come again "

"Beautiful property with modern, clean design. Splurge on the jacuzzi room to give yourself more space, a large patio, and jacuzzi with views! Love the free minibar, the spacious bathrooms, and all the decor. Breakfast at Market Grill is great with capuccinos and eggs benedict made to order. The Alex on the beach is better for lunch than dinner. Also tried the sushi restaurant, but be aware, they have a restricted menu for "all inclusive.""

"It was a horrible experience actually for me it’s a kind of fraud, as I booked at aldau heights apartments and I carefully checked the location before booking yet when I got there the contact person which he called himself the owner took me and my 6 years old daughter to the another compound and he said this is the phase2 from Aldau !!!!located at very unsafe area with no services or restaurants inside providing that I didn’t bring my car because I know quite well where I’m going will not need a car. I tried to contact your customer service to change the unit through this “owner” mobile But he did give me the chance Same day i tried to reach any of your customer service after long chat with chat bot I got an agent to check if I can refund my money to go somewhere else or even back to Cairo but no one contacted me, I had to rent a car to be able to move. Over and above the stove was broken The kettle was broken The tv wasn’t working as well The compound still under construction and there was workers all over the place There is an incident happened in front of my eyes on the pool that one of the workers was taking photos for two girls in the pool This was my first and last time to deal with you Your customer services they didn’t know that there is somewhere called Aldau phase2 This person or you I don’t know posted and sold this unit as if it’s in the right location and when the customer get there will accept whatever "

"Really enjoyed my 8 night stay at Solymar and works definitely stay again. The reception staff are superb. Sherif avd Ahmed gonout of their way to ensure guests are happy and looked after. They organised me a fantasy excursion at short notice, which was not only well organised but superb value. It is obvious the staff really take pride in their work. The hotel is compact however the suites are huge. Mine (110) was huge.. bigger than my apartment in London! Housekeeping are very efficient and the rooms and linen are cleaned/changed frequently. The hotel isn't beachfront but is very close the airport in less touristy part of Hurghada. I really enjoyed the range of ships and eateries nearby, catering for both locals and visitors. I felt safe in the area. Beaches (Dreams Beach/Old Sheraton) are a 5 mib cab ride away. It cost be 50 egp (80p!) each way. The breakfast is wonderful and superb value and I'd highly recommend. omelette cooked to order and a good selection of pastries, cheese, fruit and yogurts. Dinner is also good value and I had it 3 times. It was a bufget with bref/chicken each time.The chefs are wonderful guys. I'm so pleased to have found the Solymar. I didn't want to spend my week at one the big resort hotels, that only cater to north eiropean/russian tourists. The Solymar has a much more mixed crowd. Thank you to everyone who helped me to have such a good holiday. I hope to return."
