"The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. I...

"We never got to enjoy all the amenities as it rained everyday we were there. The restaurant next door was closed for renovations which was too bad as it looked really nice! However, our room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable quite well stocked. We would suggest having paper towels and maybe salt and pepper if possible. "

"This unit is a good value for the money in a good location and was nicely updated. Proximity to beach and pools is great. A chest of drawers in the "closet" area would be a great addition. Parking was not as represented to me by the rep I spoke with at booking. There are approximately 30 Sunsuite units and only 10 adjacent unnumbered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. All other available parking for the Sunsuite units is a good walk from the units themselves, some across...

"Place is nice. I always love the sunsuite location for a weekend getaway. This particular unit has something broken under the tub... not sure if its ceramic below the tub or what... but you can tell unless you stand on it. That was a little nerve wrecking when showering. The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa

"I general we enjoyed our stay. Given the prices at the Westin I expect better toilet paper. The comforters were way too heavy for a warm climate."
