You will not only be a few steps from the beautiful pools, new fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, Island Bites, and adult pool, but our incredible beach is only steps away! This unit is located right in the center of Fripp! This Sunsuite has a kitchenette, a small refrigerator with a freezer, a small stove, a queen-sized bed with new bedding, and a 55" TV. All new kitchen supplies, including a crock pot and a Keurig. There are laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of this complex. Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island. Guest Cards Included: Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Getting to know Fripp Island: Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. Walking distance to the beach, clean room, nice pools, and plenty of things to do around. Golf cart is definitely a must while staying here - makes it so much easier to get around and is just a fun way to experience riding around the island. You are bound to see deer and wildlife everywhere on the island. This is truly a special place and we are already planning a trip here again.
