You will not only be a few steps from the beautiful pools, The Beach Club, Island Bites, and tennis courts but our incredible beach is only steps away! This unit is located right in the center of Fripp! This Sunsuite is equipped with a kitchenette with a small refrigerator with a freezer and a small stove, a queen-sized bed along with a set of bunk beds, a full bath with tub/shower, and outdoor seating. New TV set up with cable and streaming capabilities. There are laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of this complex. Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island. Guest Cards Included: Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. I have waited to hear from the property manager as well—perhaps offering some small refund or something for the fact we sat in the dark with 3 kids—to no avail. I stay at Fripp every year in a beachfront home with the rest of my family and have NEVER experienced beach showers and door locks that don’t work. I’m somewhat disappointed to have not heard anything from management. Not sure I can recommend staying in this part of Fripp resort again. ##### Barbara M.
