« Personnel très accueillant A résolu tout de suite un problème soulevé. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Jardin agréable mais troublé par le bruit des avions ... Navette très bien . Nous n'avons pas pu prendre de petit déjeuner du fait d'un départ matinal mais café à disposition »

« J’ai apprécié l’hôtel dans la banlieue de Houston est récent, propre et agréablement meublé. Parfait pour les visiteurs en transit!Le personnel à l’accueil pourrait être un peu plus accueillant , mais sinon je recommande. »

« Great location and easy to get to. Good proximity to the airport. The staff was friendly, helpful, and smiled. Two nitpicks: 1) The continental breakfast wasn't offered in full during one of my mornings at the hotel. They placed a sign that read something to the effect of the food not being available. 2) Noticed a fair amount of chipping of the sheetrock around the elevator. Nothing major, mostly cosmetic but certainly noticable. »

« Old mattresses, back pain from it the next morning. Couple roaches around the sink, had to smash one. Friendly staff. »

« Property is clean as was our room. Coffee was really not drinkable in the afternoon nor in the morning at breakfast. Airpots aren’t the best. I was taken aback when I received a text asking what time we’d be departing. It made me feel rushed. I don’t think that’s good practice. »
