"We enjoyed this wonderful canal property. We fished everyday red fish, small stingray, blue crab the dolphins were chasing fish into the canal. We used the kayaks and we enjoyed watching all of the different birds that would stop by the property. The sunsets are beautiful. Thank you for sharing this lovely property!!"

"First off, the host is a hands on guy. He will help with anything you need. The bnb was very nice, had a dock i fished on every day. The unit itself was immaculate and easy to navigate. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. I will be staying there again as i make more frequent stays in Hudson. Its also cheaper than a good hotel. Just sayin'."

"This was odd. The livestock spend far more much time IN the house than I expected, resulting in much "tracking-in." I sat on the couch once - and it was wet. That was off-putting. They clearly state that they allow smoking and vaping, so that is on me, but I didn't translate that into the intense smoke in the general living area. "James, was very easy to communicate and was there if needed, which he was not, as the home had everything I required. The home had a great location and in walking distance to many good restaurants, the beach and the Great ice cream shop two doors down (which I visited far too often). The home maybe a little dated for some and the road does get through traffic but considering the home, property location and great price I give James and his home a 5 star.
