Main level offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen & dining area. Living room has vaulted ceiling and many windows & sliding doors to allow for natural light, plus SmartTV. Screened porch located off the kitchen - the perfect spot for an outdoor meal or morning coffee! Expansive lakeside deck offers gas grill and additional outdoor seating.

Upper level has 3 bedrooms & 1½ bathrooms.

Loft with flex room that has 2 twin beds.

The lower level family room offers a 65" SmartTV, a pool table and easy access to the lower deck, where you'll find a HOT TUB! Walkway to the dock, plus fire-pit!

The large dock boasts plenty of room for boats, PWCs, and other water toys. Kayak available for use. Floating dock available for boat tie up, electricity & lights. Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use. The lower deck is protected from the rain by a waterproof underdecking.

1 Bath Mat per Bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. That qualifying person must provide payment via credit card for the rental deposit and is responsible for the leased property.
