Amenities include 2 outdoor pools with a waterslide and kiddie pool, an Indoor heated lap pool, a hot tub, a private beach on the beautiful lake, golf, private walking trails, a fishing pier, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, an arcade and gaming center, boat ramp launch, gym and more! Open studio style. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, kitchen area (with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and stove), dining and living areas. The condo is a hallway entry and is about 300 total square feet. Guest access Plenty of parking is available. You can access all amenities by a short walk or drive. The property had everything we needed—fully stocked with all the amenities and extremely clean. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process seamless.Mariners Landing itself is a gem! It offers everything you could want—beautiful pools, a relaxing hot tub, a well-stocked market, and Tiff’s is a great spot for dinner. The marina was perfect for our boat, and having access to a boat launch was a huge plus. The entire community was very clean and well-maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
