Kitchen is fully equipped, including upgraded stainless appliances, duel fuel range and granite countertops w/extended breakfast bar w/stools. 2 pantries, one with beverage fridge. Kitchen opens up to dining room and great room w/large, flatscreen TV w/Comcast Cable. Loft offers pull-out sofa (full) Oversized master suite with king bed, sitting area (with broad mountain view!) and bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower stall. 2 bedrooms located on the roadside of the home, each with queen bed. Full hall bathroom (shower) located between the bedrooms.

Walkway to dock extends from the lakeside deck. Party deck, covered boat slip with hoist, floating dock for boat tie-up & lockable dock house available for use. Circular, paved driveway w/inlet for boat trailer storage. Gas grill, central A/C, fenced-in roadside.

1 Kitchen Starter Pack - Dawn Dish Detergent, Sponge & Kitchen Towel

PLEASE NOTE:  
If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MOUNTAIN VIEW SHORES is a lovely development with many year-round homes, it features a private boat ramp area where you may park your boat trailer for the duration of your stay. It has paved roads and central water system. Ideal for walkers and joggers. Lake location is supreme being near the mountain and the dam at the deepest, cleanest part of the lake. The land was originally owned by the Appalachian Power Company (which owns the lake) and a group of 10 investors from Bedford bought the land from the Power Company in the late 1970's and developed the subdivision comprised of over 400 lots, offering the land for sale one section per year, selling out in 4 years.
