This unique rental in a quiet cove has its own convenient and private boat ramp, with ample parking for your truck and trailer, a boating and fishing paradise! The ramp also extends 15' into the lake, providing a nice place to stand/wade/sit in the water versus the lake bottom silt and mud. This getaway provides your family and friends a quiet property for relaxation with a large, empty lot to one side and only two other houses within proximity of it. The shoreline is a retaining wall versus rocks (rip-rap), allowing you better access to the water across the 270 feet of waterfront access. Fresh lake water swimming and fishing from the comfort of the backyard is encouraged, or you can simply relax in a hammock or chairs. The property offers beautiful lake views from the back and front yards This is truly a beautiful place to enjoy any season; spring flowers, summer warmth, fall colors, winter snows. This lakefront retreat also provides plenty of entertainment with a spacious, flat lot for fun and games, kayaks, a canoe, pool table, foosball table, and a tree hammock swing. The property includes a large deck and a large, covered open-air patio with grill, all with water views. It had everything our family needed and then some. We could walk right into the lake from the boat launch.
