#### Excellent play to stay!

Very roomy. Close to the water. The swim deck was very nice! We had a such a great time! There was a lot to keep us occupied on the days it rained. The air hockey table was nice to have and the movie collection is amazing. The only problem we had was with the driveway. We had to go to the end of the street and turn around in order to back our boat trailer in. It would have been nice if the opening of the driveway was a little wider. It would have also been nice to have had a small fire pit outside. We managed though and had the best time! The office personnel were so friendly and the house was spotless. LOVED, loved, loved the porch! It was so relaxing drinking coffee in the mornings and enjoying the view (also amazing). The lake water was so calm so our boat didn’t get beat against the dock. This is the second vacation we’ve had a Smith Mountain Lake and we have NOT been disappointed. We highly recommend this house and would absolutely stay here again! 5 stars all the way!

#### Wonderful family vacation !

This was our first trip to Smith mountain lake. It was a graduation celebration vacation with our sons. It exceeded expectations in every way. The house, the lake, the views were all outstanding!! We have already set up reservations to come back next year, but for two weeks this time !!! Our only complaint was time just went by so quickly. So much too do and not enough time. This will now be a yearly family vacation spot. The property management company was wonderful to deal with. They went above and beyond to be helpful! Words can’t express truly how much we enjoyed our trip. Thank you and we look forward to coming back next year!!

Perfect property for a family stay. The sunrise on the lake is just beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. The game and movie selection were a big hit. We would rent Captain’s Choice again in a heartbeat!

#### Wonderful house on the lake

This is a great home. The house was clean and had just enough room for our family of 6\. We had space to spread out a little but still be together. The view was amazing and the screened porch was a great place to enjoy it. We would definitely stay again!

Our family had a blast! Bring plenty of worms, Our kids caught a ton of bluegill and perch off the dock! Can’t wait to stay again. Lake retreat rentals was very easy to work/communicate with.

Spent an amazing week here with family. The view alone is worth the trip! The house was immaculate, the dvd's. games, and book collection was beyond impressive and the kitchen was very equipped. Huge binder full of menu's, directions to activities, restaurants, grocery stores and lots of fun facts about the lake. Will definitely stay here again!

Very well appointed, very clean, AWESOME views! Open kitchen and living area keeps the fun going while cooking. It is hard to leave the wonderful porch in the quiet cove overlooking the mountain! Great dock to tie up the boat for the week.
