Shower is a bit messy with only curtain, a glass enclosure might help with getting the floor all wet after a shower. A desk would nice to have in the room for me to use my laptop. Having a balcony for upper floor rooms is wonderful in the morning to watch sunrise. Parking is a bit tricky when there are a lot of guests.
