"The accommodation is accurately advertised. It is a great location that is walkable to the beach in just a few minutes. The property is stocked with a range of children's toys that are in reasonable condition. The Table Football was a big success. We had children aged 7 and 2, so Netflix with cartoons was useful while getting ready for the day. "

"Return visit to Sea Vale as a lovely house you feel immediately at home in with everything you need. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy! Wine left to welcome us a much appreciated gesture and already thinking about planning our visit next year. "We had a great break as were very lucky to get the really excellent weather mid September. The house was just the job, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen. Great location near the sea. House is on quiet estate, not that far to walk down to the shops etc on the Street. Coffee stand 5 minutes away. "

"We rented the property as our base for attending the Goodwood auto racing events about 30 minute drive away, it was well situated for that. Property has off street parking for one vehicle which was very useful, although there were only two of us, this would work well for a family. Nice clean place although the bed mattresses seemed to be a bit tired. Great location to walk to everything in Worthing"

"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"3 generations of us loved this house. Straight out the gate to the beach, Summer house to watch the game, kids in the hot tub glorious kitchen to prep and socialise and cosy living rooms. To be honest, a week isnt enough to to try out all this house has to offer. So welcoming and well equipped we couldnt ask for more. Just wish it was a secret so we can book in again."
