"Booked 2 nights in hove to visit relatives. Booked through VRBO, although it was my getaways that dealt with payment, check in and management. Check in was difficult. I never received the relevant email which provided address key access codes etc. After many text messages and calls eventually got the check in details about 45 mins late! "I stayed in this property with my wife, son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandchild.The lock box was a little tricky to open as the after entering the code the little lever was difficult to get a grip on and push down as well as pulling out the lock box door, but eventually I managed to get it open.The property was very clean and well prepared for our arrival with tea/coffee etc.A couple of pointers for future stays.Dishwasher tablets were left for us with washing up liquid and hand soap…but...
