"We booked this hotel for the spa facilities and were very disappointed. We weren’t told at any point that the pool was out of order, and nothing was mentioned at check-in. We were later told it would open the next day, but it didn’t. The jacuzzi and steam room were also out of order all weekend. Staff repeatedly said the facilities would open later, but they never did. We were told we could use another hotel’s pool 10 minutes away, with no real apology or clear information. Communication was poor throughout. The room was large and the beds were comfortable, but the hotel is overpriced for what it offers, particularly when the spa facilities were out of order all weekend. We wouldn’t stay again. When we returned to collect bags after leaving them in their storage for the day, they couldn't find our bags and told us they had multiple locations they stored them in within the hotel and needed to hunt for them. Overall, a disappointing stay. Avoid this hotel. "

"Had already checked in online. When we arrived the staff were proffessional, courteous and welcoming. We were very lucky our room was ready for us even though we were quite early. The room was spotless with crisp white bedding and complimentary water. The breakfast enu very good with something for everyone. "
