"The rooms were not really clean and the walls had plaster coming off. They charge you a 50.00 incidental fee per day not just for your stay… and parking is $22 a day in a parking garage that has no lights and no stairs you have to walk down the ramp and hope the car will see you. At check in you could not hear the attendant due to the music being played. And they tried to charge for Valet parking. The nicest thing about this hotel was the lobby. "

"The room was great! But by the time we got to the breakfast at 8:30 there was no milk or yogurt, the pancake/waffle maker was also out of order. There were no towels at the pool, but the staff was very friendly. The building is under renovation which is fine, but during spring break we expected a full breakfast and full staff. "The hotel is right on Lake Hamilton with some beautiful views. It is close to some very good restaurants. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice having a terrace to sit outside as well. It was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Very nice job of remodeling the place. Very tasteful and clean. "

"Staff was friendly. Allowed us to get a parking pass early and use shuttle to have lunch at Casino before checking in. Shuttle was a definite plus. But ends at 11pm. The breakfast was average high carb, sugary food you find at these hotels. For as much as we spent for one night the options should have been more. We opted to eat at The Best Cafe about a mile away.
