"Perfect location to explore the area. We were there for the Llangollen Round - a 35 mile event - and it was the perfect place to begin. We had an amazing outdoor space which we used all the time as the weather was kind to us. We ate outside too as there wasn't a table for 4 accessible without having to move furniture about in the lounge. "Clean and courteous "

A superbly appointed impressive two storey luxury lodge.

2/10 Terrible

"Shocking!!! No swimming pool, park closed off, no WiFi. All the accommodation was in disrepair. Requested some sort of refund and still no communication. Everything that was advertised wasn’t working or available. We received a phone call on the day of our arrival saying that pool wasn’t accessible due to a technical issue when we arrived and looked at the pool it was green and clearly not been used in a while. Then on arrival was told the WiFi was down (not the best area for phone signal to use our phones 5g). We arrived to find all the furniture torn or broken. The hot tub was full of leaves and pine needles. The log burner was out of order. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Went home early. "

"The lodges are very well designed and attractive with good amenities, however it could do with a lot of TLC, the walls were all marked/scuffed, everywhere needed a good paint job. Wasn’t the cleanest of properties with debris on the floor downstairs which I hoovered up. Bedrooms neat and tidy with fresh bedding and towels. Jacuzzi was lovely and well maintained. Just a little more time spent on cleaning and maintenance and it would have been percect"
