"Our stay couldn’t have been better. 9 of us stayed at the house (and a few visited for dinner that were staying elsewhere). Everyone loved the house. It was super clean and loaded with anything you may need. Laundry, hairdryers, irons, extra linens, Keurig, games to play. We were there for Parris Island graduation, it’s about 28 minutes away but a pretty drive. Big, secluded yard that we saw three deer in a couple times. Loved the porch. KC was super responsive the whole way through. I absolutely recommend staying here. I wish we stayed another day so we could explore Hunting Island State Park down the street. "

"We had a fantastic trip the last week of December 2025. The host was communicative and provided tons of helpful information about the area. The house was just as described. Everything was neat and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time exploring the beach and the nearby state park. We also spent some time shopping in Beaufort, which has fantastic shops and warm people.The views from the home were beautiful. We saw dolphins daily. The neighborhood was very calm. The location was a perfect place to bring in a peaceful new year!"

"Photos do not represent the current condition of the property.House was infested with gnats in most every room.Only 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth was provided for each bathroom. With 7 people staying in the house this made it very inconvenient.Screened porches had torn screens, and screens falling down.Oven would not hold temperature, so it was very hard to make anything.Outlets in Master Bath did not work.Carpet on stairs to upper level was disgusting. It was full of paint stains, and other unknown stains."

"Amazing property. The house was very clean and extremely close to the beach. The owner is extremely responsive and made the checkin process seamless. The community was very quiet with low traffic, a playground, tennis courts, etc. We loved our stay and will be back soon. "
