This welcoming residence grants convenient access to the Harbor Island Racquet Club, where you can engage in a game of tennis, pickelball or simply unwind near the courts.  For those inclined towards sports, a half basketball court is on hand, ideal for friendly matches and there is also a gym so you can maintain an active lifestyle during your stay.  
  
Revel in the refreshing community pools surrounded by vibrant tropical landscapes, offering a perfect setting to bask in the South Carolina sunshine. If the allure of the beach beckons, fret not; direct beach access is just a short stroll away, making it effortless to enjoy the golden sands and calming waves.  
  
Inside, discover a well-furnished and expansive living space featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing ample room for families or groups. Note: The community pools on Harbor Island are operational from April 1 to October 31st.  
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. We require flea/tick prevenative on all pets.  
  
Harbor Island Owners Association requires a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass.  The current rates are: day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00

You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on HarborIslandStay.  
  
You will receive an email with log in information from HarborIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to HarborIslandStay, you will be able to order gate passes for access to the island,
