"A good spot between two train stations, with a few restaurants nearby. It's definitely a rooming board, with students and travelers residing in the building. Please note there is no gym but two yoga studios instead. That being said, communication was good and check-in was easy with the 24hr guard at the door."

"Late flight, land, receive email saying we have to pay HK$29,414 deposit at check-in... Hotels usually place a pre-approval on your credit card, but HK$29,414 is AU$5,300! And must be actually paid, not pre-approved. Arrive 11:30pm, Myself, my wife, 2 children under 10, room booked accordingly. Told they are NOT a hotel, but serviced apartments, we are expected to sign a "lease" and pay 1 month deposit, which we get back 3 WEEKS after check out!!! Ridiculous! Argue for an hour,...

"When we checked in the reception staff were polite but not too welcoming. Nothing was explained such as wi-fi, or the nearest MRT station, or that the address is on the access key holder, or the options to get to the airport. Little things that can make a huge difference to a guest's stay. On the other hand the housekeeping staff were friendly and courteous, regardless of the lack of a common language between us. I returned to reception later on to ask if there was any milk for the room and I received a stare, followed by a single "No". The bathroom wall facing the bed has a timber-like veneer which was covered in hand and finger prints. The tv turned on, but did not have any channel reception. This was promptly fixed once we called reception, and 2 attempts to explain it to the housekeeping staff. Bedding was clean. The young man that assisted us with storing our luggage after we checked out was friendly and polite. It's a good location being a stroll to Nathan Road, Temple Street, Jordan Road MRT station, Kowloon Park, Canton Road with the Royal Pacific Hotel and a couple of malls, and about a 15-20 minute stroll to Victoria Harbour/Star Ferry/Avenue of Stars."
