« Really friendly and nice staff. Location is perfect just a min walk to the nearest station. Facilities are great it has everything including a meeting room, kitchen and a basic gym. Check in and out are done by the security guards, room cleaning schedule are a bit unpredictable, the room is very small even the double room is only good for one person. Overall very good experience. »

« My husband and I enjoyed staying here. It was a close location to Olympic metro station. It was an easy commute to Disneyland and Kowloon. The hotel was super clean, very open. We did underestimated the size of the room it was smaller than we thought. But overall it was great, in a good location with plenty of food options around. »

« First of all the location is not bad, it was fairly close to metro Kai-Tak station, and we took the A21 bus from airport directly. Just need to aware to get off as close to the property. The common room was not as bright and spacious as it pictured on their website. There is no kettle and they only give you one carton of free water. I used the washing machine/dryer one time, it charged me twice as the instruction or direction of “power on” button was not clear. I asked the staff at reception...

« Late flight, land, receive email saying we have to pay HK$29,414 deposit at check-in... Hotels usually place a pre-approval on your credit card, but HK$29,414 is AU$5,300! And must be actually paid, not pre-approved. Arrive 11:30pm, Myself, my wife, 2 children under 10, room booked accordingly. Told they are NOT a hotel, but serviced apartments, we are expected to sign a "lease" and pay 1 month deposit, which we get back 3 WEEKS after check out!!! Ridiculous! Argue for an hour,...
