The rooms were impeccable, cleaned and organized daily. Separate work sleep and lounge area. Bathroom with separate toilet sink and shower/tub area. Very clean and luxurious tub. Attention to detail such as toothpaste hair ties, sewing kit in room, chargers in night stands, daily snacks commemorating fall festival, tea cup put out, ice bucket filled. Helpful practical concierge service by Chris. Great craft cocktails specific to lobby and top floor bar. Excellent views of the city. Don’t forget to read about the amenities on the TV menu which has an excellent sound system. Highly recommend.

My experience with the hotel’s management was disappointing. The lobby manager made me feel unwelcome, even as a returning customer. Both the lobby manager and the manager in a more senior position seemed more interested in telling guests they could leave and receive a refund than in listening to their concerns or trying to resolve the situation. Their attitude made me feel that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Also, the previous manager provided a much better experience, but unfortunately, she has since left. On a more positive note, the breakfast buffet was decent, and the staff there were attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the bell service was also inconsistent. The male bellboy who handled my luggage at around 4:50 p.m. on October 1 was rude and seemed unwilling to assist professionally

This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff and service. We really enjoyed our restaurant experiencing the hotel and the breakfast were extremely good. A nice mixture of European and Chinese food. We will definitely come back again.

Best hotel in HK

Great location, 1 min walking distance to Peak Tram. Easy 10 min walking distance to HK station. I enjoyed my stay with my parents. The staffs were very friendly and always helpful. And great breakfast!!!
