« Rented the house with a three-generation family group for a long weekend to attend a wedding in a nearby town. We all loved the house…plenty of historic charm with modern comforts in kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous setting. « My name is Peter Beh. I’m a father of 4 and grandfather of 3\. 7 of us just completed a 5 day visit to this truly incredible Catskills Chalet on 5 beautifully peaceful acres in Sullivan County! Our host Brent provided me and my family an incredibly peaceful and serene pre Christmas/Christmas celebration. Fire pit, sleigh riding, hiking and ample and comfortable bedrooms capable of sleeping 8 ! I want to thank VRBO and Brent and will assuredly be returning either next Christmas, or for summer...

« Our entire stay was excellent. The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Having 2 separate living areas was nice. Our younger son and his family were in the lower level while we were in the upper level. But, we could all gather for meals and relaxing in the sunroom. It was also nice being on the golf course, watching golfers pass by. The community is also very nice and safe. Everyone we encountered from the community was very...
