"This is a stay in an "historic" hotel so rooms are small and basic. Rooms were clean, including bathroom. Loud window air conditioners in each unit. The remote control for the ceiling light/fan was not working (even after switching batteries), so we had to get in a chair and pull the chain controls to adjust fan speed and/or lights. Mattress was comfortable but sagged on outside edges because there is only one desk chair in room to sit on. (As a result, folks sit on edge of bed frequently.) Keep expectations reasonable if you stay here. This is a nice, lower cost, place to stay particularly if you want to experience early 1900's decor and rooms. The l-o-n-g and narrow hallways to the rooms had me looking for a toddler on a red tricycle (The Shining)! :-) Breakfast is bagel/sweet rolls and juice and coffee."

"Quaint property decorated in appropriate decor. It met our needs with all accessories provided. Large yard that made backing my boat into it easy. Stable residential neighborhood with retail stores and restaurants nearby."

"Our stay here was very pleasant. We did not want to leave. Our room and the large living room were very comfortable. There is no control of the AC but it was definitely cool. The pool was great to use on those hot days. They have paid attention to all the little details.This home is set in a quiet reseidential neighborhood. Walking distance to the lake. Perfect little get away. We will be coming back!"

"This place is just as the listing states. A small studio in a residential area only a few blocks from the lake. It was a great place to stay with my dogs. Karen is very responsive, so while I had an issue with the AC when I was there, Karen had it corrected as soon as she was able.The studio is convenient to restaurants, shops and is only about a half hour drive from the tourist areas. I enjoyed walking my dog down to Lakeside Park. Although the area has limited sidewalks, there is a street two blocks from the house that has a walking path down to the lake.I honestly would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to someone."

"We loved this house! It was in a great location, was clean, and had a lot of fun amenities. The host was responsive and so gracious. If we're ever back in Kissimmee, we will definitely want to stay here again!"
