Welcome to the AMI Beach Home on beautiful Anna Maria Island !
Visit AMI Beach Home, a marvelous custom-built ground floor vacation rental home just a few steps from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island on 201 69th Street. 4 spacious Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, accommodates up to 8 people, 3 King beds, 2 Twin beds, 1 Queen sleeper sofa in living room. No smoking. No Pets.

Due to health issues in the Owner's family, pets. service or emotional support animals are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. This includes visitors of Guests. Any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for the Guest's expedited eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest will be made liable for specialized cleaning costs and any potential damage to the property and/or the health of other persons caused by the animal's presence on the property. After a sunny day at the beach, use the outdoor foot shower to cool down and rinse your sandy feet. Take a dip into the heated butterfly-shaped pool, a sun ledge and a hot tub in a tropical paradise setting. Choose between swimming in the warmth of the Florida sun or relaxing in the shade under the roof overhang even during tropical rain showers. Our tropical outdoor paradise is waiting for you and will offer you plenty of space for a family get together. Spa temperature is set to 100ยฐF, heat-up time 15-40 minutes depending on air temperature. Spa can be activated from 1PM - 10PM in order to allow sufficient pool heating and filtration time. Operation can't be guaranteed during very cold outdoor temperatures or equipment failure. Luxurious Ground Floor Single Family Home

Enter the luxurious ground floor single family home through the light-flooded, open living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The home features two master bedrooms with connected master bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a shared full bathroom right across the hallway. An additional bathroom is right next to the backyard and pool access. Every bedroom and the pergola are equipped with TV sets.

You are vacationing in a residential Area. Please be a good Neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level. Please be mindful of loud music and loud voices or activities, especially around pool area. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive people of the peaceable enjoyment of their private property.

Air temperature and humidity in Florida can reach very high levels during the summer months. Our Air Conditioning Systems are regulated for both heating and cooling to ensure consistent and safe operation of the unit during your stay. Our AC thermostats can be set to cool at a minimum of 72ยฐF during the summer and they can be set to heat the unit up to 74ยฐF during winter months. These parameters are based on manufacturer and AC service technician recommendations and they ensure that you will have the best possible stay with us, without interruptions.

Wonderful home and location

The house is wonderful and the location is fantastic! We had a couple of questions and Cheri and maintenance (Ryan, I think) could not have been more responsive. The covered hot tub is particularly wonderful; at one point we were there in the rain, which felt really special. You will not be disappointed if you rent this property!

We enjoyed our Anna Maria trip. Only 150 yds from the beach ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™ The house was in a great location and very well equipped with everything we needed. Our girls and their friends loved the pool and spa !!!!!!! Loved the one level living space โค๏ธโค๏ธ

This is a beautiful house with all of the amenities. Location is perfect for beachgoers. It was great for our family of five, but could easily accommodate a few more people. We would stay there again and would recommend to anyone!

We took our Senior son on Spring Break and really enjoyed this property. Perfect location for easy beach access and house was set up nicely with open floor plan and a nice hot tub and pool. Highly recommended

Great location

This home was nice. Great location to the beach. I suggest renting a golf cart and bikes for the week. Only complaint is we had only one towel per person, so we had to do laundry everyday.

Perfect for our group

We stayed here for my husbandsโ€™ 40th birthday weekend with friends. The layout is perfect for a group and we enjoyed the spa more than expected! We swam, played chess and enjoyed the beautiful weather in the evenings watching football outside. Great location, a short walk to the beach. Beds were large and comfortable - great spot!

Amazing Find - Family Friendly - STEPS away from the Beach

Our stay at this vacation home was incredible! After our original rental was damaged by a hurricane, we needed a replacementโ€”and this home exceeded all expectations.Our group of eight (two families with kids 8 months to 5 years old) loved the pool, which had the perfect balance of sun and shade. The partially covered hot tub/pool was great for rainy days. The backyardโ€™s grassy/turf area made it feel cozy and kid-friendly.Inside, the home was spacious, with large bedrooms and bathrooms. A door separated the living area, helping with noise when our little one woke early. The pool door alarm was a great safety feature.The location is unbeatableโ€”just steps from the beach! You do have to cross a quiet street, but drivers were very pedestrian-friendly. It was so close we didnโ€™t even need to pack lunches, just walked back when needed. The free trolley stop is right next to the house, making it easy to explore.The house came with a beach wagon and chairs, which were lifesavers with four kids. While no baby gear was provided, Fun and More Rentals made renting easy. The covered patio with a dining table and grill was perfect for outdoor meals, and we loved how well-stocked the kitchen was for cooking at home.The only downside was spotty WiFi, though management was responsive. Overall, this home was a fantastic find, and weโ€™d absolutely stay here again!

It is an outstanding property that was one block from the beach. Everything was in working order and was either new or very well maintained. The house and furnishings were nicer than advertised. We will certainly stay there again in the future!

Very nice place!

The location is excellent, good proximity to the grocery store but also close to the more charming Pine Street area. The house is very clean and well-kept, and the pool and hot tub are very nice also! We really enjoyed our stay. The house is across the street from the beach so that was very helpful for us ( one small child and two older ones). They are well stocked with beach toys which we did not find until our last day but enjoyed them nonetheless!

awesome location!!! excellent service!!!! we would definitely rent again. A/C could be set to a cooler setting, especially during summer days. Jacuzzi was not working, not a problem for us.

The house is really nice even nicer than in the pictures. The kitchen as well as the whole house is very well equipped with everything we needed. We really had a great stay in this house and used the pool and hot tub a lot. it was our fourth stay on the island and we will gladly return to this house. The location of this house is very good very close to the beach!

Great place to stay

First of all it was not a bit and switch! You get what see in the photos. Place is super clean and renovated. Super close to the beach. Literally 2 minutes walking! The reasons I gave 4 stars: You donโ€™t have much control over AC Someone just walked in to cleaning the the pool while we were swimming without knocking or any prior notice The shower head didnโ€™t work in one of the bathrooms and it took 3 days to fix it. Overall I was so happy with the house what I liked: House was clean and sanitized. They had everything you need and one of the few house with dining table and sitting area for 8 when they advertise sleeps 8! Close to beach

To operate the TV, we needed a tutorial as it total streaming, no cable. This is not a complaint, just a statement. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We were there for a month, and enjoyed our stay.

So easily rented. Great communication, Beautiful house, perfect pool, one block to the beach. Everything you could need for a family vacation. I loved that when I got up early I could go to the living room kitchen area and everyone in the bedrooms was resting soundly. Kitchen has everything you need and an outdoor grill. The absolute best!

We will definitely stay here again! We traveled with extended family and we all loved this property. Spacious and perfectly laid out to give everyone their own space. Great if you have elderly guests coming as everything is on one floor. The home was stocked with everything you could need including beach toys and cart. We loved all the outdoor seating and swing. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. Two minute stroll to the gorgeous beach. Excellent in every way! As a travel agent Iโ€™ve stayed a lot of places and this one was one of the best!
