« La chambre était bien, spacieuse et propre mais l’eau chaude n’était presque pas disponible. Le badge de la chambre a dû être reprogrammé 3 fois en une semaine. La nourriture peu variée, les tables à l’extérieur n’étaient pas dressées, on devait nous même chercher les couverts. Le personnel pas très serviable et peu sympathique. Tout est fait pour la clientèle russe, y compris certains spectacles le soir, on ne se sentait pas à l’aise. Le jour du départ, un agent de la sécurité m’a pris pour un...

« L'hôtel est super bien situé en plein milieu de l'axe principal, tout le personnel est top vraiment il n'y a rien a dire, le petit dej ainsi que les repas sont très bons, chambre spacieuse.... « Hôtel que je qualifierais de moyen supérieur. Plutôt ancien, en cours de rénovation, nos chambres dites "deluxe" plutôt vieillottes n'ont plus eu de clim au milieu du séjour, face à nos remarques nous avons été surclassés dans des studios de qualité largement meilleure. Le wifi est présent dans tout l'hôtel avec un débit suffisant. Il y a effectivement 5 restaurants partagés entre le Parkland et le premier, mais ils sont payants, uniquement les 2 buffets présents dans les 2 hôtels sont inclus,...

« I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed...

"Chambre spacieuse, très propre. Hôtel très bien placé dans la baie. Hôtel assez calme. Nous étions dans la partie Beach de l’hôtel. Buffet varié. Personnel très agréable , gentil et attentif au bien être des clients. Plage bien équipée, snorkling facile. Spa passable, bruyant, pas relaxant et qualité massage très moyenne. A fuir, le restaurant italien dépendant de l’hôtel concernant le repas offert dans le cadre du séjour. Attention, bien noté qu’il y a beaucoup de voyageurs de nationalité russe à Charm El Cheikh et particulièrement dans l’hôtel. Les animations sont en anglais et en russe et très orientées pour ces voyageurs."

"La chambre était bien, spacieuse et propre mais l’eau chaude n’était presque pas disponible. Le badge de la chambre a dû être reprogrammé 3 fois en une semaine. La nourriture peu variée, les tables à l’extérieur n’étaient pas dressées, on devait nous même chercher les couverts. Le personnel pas très serviable et peu sympathique. Tout est fait pour la clientèle russe, y compris certains spectacles le soir, on ne se sentait pas à l’aise. Le jour du départ, un agent de la sécurité m’a pris pour un voleur de valise alors que j’étais prêt à partir en taxi à l’aéroport. J’ai été humilié et j’étais vraiment très fâché de cette situation. Le prix est trop élevé en rapport aux prestations fournies. "
