It's the perfect property for a family of 4 with a doggie-the size, the location, the actual condo itself. It was a great find! The property company was super involved and responsive. The property was very clean. Having rented other properties in NC and FL, this one wins over all of them. It was very helpful to have two bathrooms too. Yes, the Trailer bar is right across the street, but they were done by 11:00 pm plus the music was awesome. Two suggestions for the owner- check the air filter more often and check the bunk bed because it was a bit wobbly. It was nothing bad. We bought a new filter and left a spare.
