"We had a great stay! The cottage was the perfect size for our quick weekend trip. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to downtown, where we attended a reception, and just minutes from plenty of restaurants and shops. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the backyard was a great size for our dog to enjoy. Our son especially loved the arcade games, which were a fun bonus!Communication with the owner was easy, quick, and straightforward throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to stay again the next time we’re in the area!"

"We loved our stay at this charming beach cottage in Niantic. It was perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was cozy, welcoming, and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were very comfortable, and the cottage provided a wonderful place to settle in and unwind.We especially enjoyed the peaceful beach setting and easy access to the water. It was wonderful to take in the beautiful shoreline while remaining close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Niantic and Mystic. The quiet surroundings made it easy to relax, and we loved taking leisurely walks and enjoying the coastal scenery.The cottage was an ideal home base for our getaway, enjoying every minute of our visit. We will definitely return!"

"Beautiful, well-designed, nicely decorated house with a hypnotizing view of Niantic Bay. Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms made for great sleeping and an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom was the ultimate in convenience. Sat at the large table in the dining area looking out over the water for all our meals. And the host was attentive and very easy to deal with. We had literally nothing to complain about staying here. We hope to go back."

Every little detail was so thoughtfully put together, making the entire place feel warm, cozy, and incredibly inviting. It was truly one of those places that looks amazing in pictures but is even better in person!You can tell how much love and care went into creating this space. The charm, character, and attention to detail were absolutely incredible. It felt like such a special little home away from home.Our stay in Niantic was wonderful, and this beautiful property made our trip even more memorable. "It was a great place to stay with my family, was verry clean,loved it had two bathrooms, plenty of room to just lounge around, kitchen was well equipped, not that we did a lot of cooking but you could have,close to downtown and host were verry responsive, and you could tell they took pride in the house and wanted there gest to have a great time while there,o and loved that this was a old farm house,the carm it had was amazing"
