It was clean, comfortable, charming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway.The location was fantastic — just minutes from the beach and boardwalk, which made it so easy to head out for the day and come back whenever we wanted. We loved being close to everything while still having a cozy place to unwind at the end of the day.The game room was a huge hit and gave us a great way to hang out and have fun when we weren't at the beach. The WiFi and AC were also much appreciated and made the cottage feel especially comfortable.We really enjoyed the combination of the cottage's charm and all the modern updates. It felt like a place where you could truly relax, make memories, and enjoy time together.We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and fun beach vacation!"

"What a wonderful home in a great community. We enjoyed short walks to both nearby beaches. Concerts on the beach. Ice cream. A few visits to the fun Niantic Children’s museum. Met very nice locals at the beach and on walks. I can see why people like to live here. Great meals at 374 and Fat Tuba. And awesome lunch at the Mexican. Fun farmers market. Hotness very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay in this great place. Really loved that it is not as crowded as the cape which is ridiculous. Left the book barn with loads of books. It was a great week on a spacious home that met all our needs. Thank you."
