Connecticut Beach Home

8/10 Good

"We had a great stay! The house has three bedrooms upstairs, plus an additional sleeping area in the basement, making it perfect for a large family. The two full bathrooms and one half bathroom were excellent. There is a lovely, large dining table, a small living room next to the kitchen, and a spacious front living room with a large sectional sofa and TV. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.Another great feature is the golf cart in the garage, which you can use to drive down to the private beach, or you can take your car.One suggestion for future guests would be to make sure basic supplies are stocked before arrival. We found that the toilet paper and paper towel dispensers had not been replenished, so my husband had to go out late at night to purchase supplies. Providing a few dishcloths in the kitchen would also be a nice touch.Driving Directions Tip: Avoid using Waze to get to the rental property. It will take you past the driveway and continue a couple of roads farther. Google Maps will guide you to the correct location!Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the spacious accommodations and convenient access to the private beach!"

Private Guest House Near the Beach • 1BR / 1.5BA

10/10 Excellent

"The house was extremely well appointed and had everything we needed. It is very conveniently located with direct access to several quaint towns. Jonathan was very quick to responded to any questions and provided us with very good recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I highly recommend this place for a couple, young and old - it is going into my log for future trips."

Direct Waterfront Beach House with Panoramic Views

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful, well-designed, nicely decorated house with a hypnotizing view of Niantic Bay. Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms made for great sleeping and an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom was the ultimate in convenience. Sat at the large table in the dining area looking out over the water for all our meals. And the host was attentive and very easy to deal with. We had literally nothing to complain about staying here. We hope to go back."

Waterfront 4 bed/4 bath Peaceful Oasis in Giants Neck Beach Community

10/10 Excellent

"Spectacular house on the inlet/marsh. Immaculate. Warm, cozy, beautifully furnished and decorated (loved the velvet couches & round corners!) Recently updated. We were 8 adults having our 7th annual Emptynesters weekend. Anything we forgot could be purchased nearby. Plenty of places to eat or everything we needed to cook. Easy communication with host. Beautiful view from balconies. Quiet, peaceful & perfect. I highly recommend!!!"

The Bay Cottage · Rocky Neck Park, Beach & Niantic

10/10 Excellent

"The home was very cute and welcoming. Linens were very clean and comfortable. Excellent supply of towels for every room. One thing to note is that the beds are on the firm side, so keep that in mind if you are a squishy bed person. Super easy to check in. Only 20 minutes from Mohegan and about 5 minutes from prime Ninatic dining and shopping. We would definitely stay again!"

Delightful Getaway Cottage in Giants Neck Heights Beach Community

10/10 Excellent

"Totally wonderful stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the home manual was very helpful. Communication with the hosts was excellent and check-in was the easiest we’ve experienced since using Vrbo. The location is terrific for anyone who appreciates being near a beach. This cottage is definitely a place for relaxation and convenience."
