"This place was home to me and 5 of my cousins(All 60) for 5 glorious days. Lots of bedrooms (I got the master suite, which included a balcony overlooking the marsh with a birdseye view(no pun intended) of the Osprey nest with 2 Osprey in it !! The house was well-stocked with every thing necessary for our comfort! The private beach was beautiful, except the port-o-potties were way back at the parking lot, which was way too far to walk back. I would give this property a 10/10 !! I would definitely rent this little piece of heaven again!!!!"

"I vacationed with my husband, two adult sons, daughter- in-law and 2 grandkids. The home was spotless (TRULY), spacious and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We walked to the beach every morning - it was a quick and lovely stroll. Town was close by and inviting. The host was extraordinary, before, during and at the end of our stay. The home was well decorated and well stocked. I would gladly stay here again!"

"The home was clean and comfortable (great A/C) and the location was great for our needs, within walking distance to a private association beach and close to other family attractions. It also included a beach parking pass that allowed us to drop off family with chairs, etc at the beach's edge and then park only a few hundred feet away. The beds were very comfortable with a first floor bedroom perfect for a grandparent. There are three bedrooms in total that can sleep six plus a sofa bed in the living room. The yard was wonderful for the children to play frisbee, fly their toy planes, and play cornhole. The nearby association playground provided gym equipment and tennis courts. Check in and check out were easy. The host was incredibly responsive, personable and helpful throughout our stay. He provided beach chairs, adult bikes, beach umbrella, cooler, kayaks---all the supplies on site for a fun vacation. We definitely want to return."

"I would highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked. There is a lovely outside seating area where you can enjoy the flowering gardens. The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions."
