"The hotel is located in a very beautiful area. It is an excellent place for those who enjoy snow sports.
The only point that I was concerned about was the fact that at the time of checking out I was charged with hidden fees that were not made clear at the time of booking.
Other than that, it is a very nice place. The staff is very courteous."
"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views.
I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath.
The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "
