Beautiful, cosy house. Hippach, in the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the skiing area. For shared use: garden with lawn. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking. Shop 2 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 400 m, bar 1.5 km, bakery 1 km, café 1.2 km, bicycle rental 1.5 km, pub garden 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 6.4 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, mountain railway 3 km, slopes 4 km, ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Nearby attractions: Europahaus 5.6 km, Schaukäserei Mayrhofen 5 km, Krimmler Wasserfälle 45 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mayrhofen 5 km, Zillertal Arena 7 km, Ski- und Gletscherwelt Zillertal 3000 20 m. Hiking paths: Wasserfallweg Stilluptal, Schönachtal. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
