Escape to our family-friendly home in the heart of Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. Our home features new flooring, windows, and furnishings, a large master retreat with a dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy al fresco dining with in-table firepit and gorgeous views of the expansive lagoon. Centrally situated in Sea Pines, close to Harbour Town and the Beach Club. We'll help book hassle-free bike rentals, exciting water activities, and access to world-class golf courses.

The space
HOME AMENITIES:

GENERAL: The home features high speed Wi-Fi throughout, keyless entry, a dedicated laundry room with a washer/dryer. In addition to Air Conditioning, there is a central dehumidifier to ensure a comfortable stay.

INDOOR LIVING: 4 flat-screen Smart TVs. Every TV in this home is a smart TV. Streaming services are available with guests' account logins. The home is equipped with a number of games, puzzles, and children's books/activities. The fireplace is not for guest use.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 comfortably (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 singles), and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, walk-in closet, tub, and shower. The 2 guest rooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and one sink. All bedrooms include blackout shades. Towels, beach towels, and a clothes steamer are provided.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped for your stay, including dishware, drinkware, & flatware, dishwasher, Keurig drip and pod coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mixer, blender, bake and cookware, and utensils. Coffee and Coffee pods, creamer, sugars, a spice rack, and basic condiments are available.

OUTDOOR AREA: Enjoy outdoor living on the brand new deck, featuring a lounging area with loveseat and swivel chairs to admire the lagoon views. The deck also features a gas grill and alfresco dining at our firepit table, wonderful for evening discussions and a glass of wine. Instructions for use are provided at check-in, please use caution.

INCLUDED FOR GUESTS: Towels (body, hand, and wash clothes), Beach Towels, basic kitchen starter essentials (1 roll of paper towels, dish cloths, soap), laundry (Tide pods, dryer sheets), toilet paper, hair dryers, clothing steamer, and beach chairs (4) are included. Bikes can be rented and delivered for your stay at an additional cost.

FAMILY FRIENDLY: Families are welcome. We have a Pack n Play, including sheets, high chair, and kitchen items (cups, bowls, utensils), and a selection of games and books for children aged infant to youth.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Pool and tennis/pickleball/basketball courts are open seasonally beginning April 1. There is a pickleball set and basketball at the home for guest use.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home. Access is granted via a unique code to enter via smart keypad, which will be active for the dates of stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Sea Pines Resort charges a gate entrance fee per vehicle of $9/day or $20/week, payable in CASH at the front gate upon arrival.

Garage parking can accommodate one vehicle, with additional driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Street and/or grass parking is not permitted.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
