Ride the two free bikes or hop on the trolley to visit Harbour Town, South Beach and all of the awesome nature trails that meander through Sea Pines. This villa boasts extra living/sleeping space in the upstairs loft, making it larger than most two bedroom villas. Enjoy the amazing view from the huge deck overlooking the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. This bright and sunny villa boasts many new updates with flooring, paint, bathrooms and more. Guests always appreciate the extra large televisions in the living room and bedrooms.

Hiking, fishing and picnic in the 600 acre forest preserve with electric boat Eco tours. A large propane grill is on the deck for you to enjoy cooking some local seafood or prime meats from our local meat markets. The on -site pool is 25 yards away and your pet will be welcome. Tennis/pickleball court is on site or free clay court tennis is available at the South Beach Racquet Club. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!
