Shipmaster - Spacious 3BR, 3 Bath with Golf-View/Tennis/Pool/BEACH LOCKER

  • Located in Shipyard Plantation, 1001 Shipmaster is a bright 3 bedroom, 3 bath end unit townhome that has recently been completely updated. The villa, which feature a lagoon and golf views, is just a short 10-minute walk or 2 min bike ride to the Shipyard beach access. Shipmaster includes both a pool and tennis court (with pickleball painted lines) for use exclusively by owners and their guests.

    **As an added convenience and bonus, our Guests are now welcome to use our Shipyard beach locker to store their beach gear during the week! You asked.....we delivered! :)

    The entire villa is spacious and decorated in a comfortable coastal style with three master bedrooms:
    Master Main - King, patio
    2nd Floor Front Master - King and Twin, balcony
    2nd Floor Rear Master - Two Full Beds, balcony

    HHI has always meant fun, relaxing family time for us, so you will find our home complete with a full array of board/card games, movies and books that will add to a great family vacation!

    We value our guests and their recommendations! Based on reviews, we added ceiling fans and large screen tv's to each bedroom, a new king mattress in main floor master, a king mattress in upstairs bedroom, patio set, and a new HVAC system.

    We would love for you and your family to unwind, relax, make wonderful memories, and enjoy all that HHI has to offer!

    Unfortunately, NO FISHING, E-BIKES or RV'S are allowed in Shipyard.

Beautiful villa. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture. Plenty of seating for everyone. Easy 15min walk to beach. Pool was nice. The kitchen was the most well stocked with cooking and serving dishes. We have stayed at many VRBOs and usually have to buy something that’s missing, but not this time. Would definitely stay here again.

This townhome is amazing! From the front parking, lovely courtyard, spacious suites (with their own bathrooms), outside patios, stocked kitchen, TVs, games, location, beach club entrance, bike paths, pool; tastefully decorated, clean, very clean & even more. This was a ladies trip for adventure. We biked, explored nature trails shopped, beach walking, Island hopping, lighthouse climbing, boating, relaxing, fun, fun fun,. Property is in perfect location for biking and meals and beach. Super clean and Lynn is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this property for a family of 4-6 people, plenty of room, beds and privacy for everyone.

Our stay was wonderful! Lynn was the best host. My Dad is a golfer so on the golf course was perfect. Lynn also provided great golf recommendations. Grab bars in downstairs bath and a bedroom downstairs is just what we needed for my Dad and Stepmom. Would like to stay again and highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

House was very comfy with plenty of room for our family. Our host provided amenities such as beach chairs and towels and reached out beforehand with useful information to prepare us for our trip. She was also incredibly responsive to our needs when Tropical Storm Debby hit Hilton Head a day after we arrived. Plenty of games and puzzles to keep us entertained during the rainy days. We would stay again.

Recovery weekend after a lacrosse tournament

Happiness at Hilton Head!

Our family stay from 1-4 Sep was absolute fun! It was made all the more so by the accommodations in the Shipmaster development. It is close to the beach and within easy drives to stores, restaurants, etc. The owner of the townhome, Lynn Price, was just as nice and accommodating as she could be. She was very responsive to texts and wanted to ensure our expectations and needs were exceeded in every way. She achieved success! We are looking forward to returning and have decided to try to make this an annual family event, at the exact same place, with the same owner! Just a very nice experience!

What a fabulous property with excellent amenities and location! Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Lynn’s lovely rental. She knew my mom is battling lung cancer and made some very helpful accommodations to help my mom’s stay be more enjoyable! The property is located in a beautiful gated community. The home is stocked well with anything you could need. The beach lockers spoiled us for the week! Not a ton of hauling chairs in and out of cars all week. Everything was better than expected. Great Spot

The 6 of us; I and my family. very much enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was spacious and well appointed. There were multiple sliding glass doors with screens we could open things up when the weather was good. The beds were all comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. Lynn sent an email and a PDF about check in and it was my mistake not to print the PDF as it had all of the details about gaining access to the property since it is in a gated community. Lynn was a great sport about my lack of clarity and my lack of planning. The place is in a lovely, quiet area and felt very peaceful. Having access to the beautiful beach was great, and we appreciated that we didn't have to haul the chairs back and forth because of the locker provided down at the beach. I will return to Lynn's unit if I return to Hilton Head. I thought it was a great value and she was lovely to work with.

Fantastic vacation

My family stated for a week and everything was perfect. Great location! A 7-10 min walk to the beach or bike ride to the beach in minutes! You can also drive to the beach because the beach parking is included. Having the locker at the beach was a HUGE bonus. We did not have to carry chairs or toys from the house- you can store what you need in the locker. The house was clean and cool and Lynn has everything you need there! Spacious rooms and the layout was just perfect for 5 adults. Kitchen was well equipped- we made dinner most nights. I had so many questions once I got there and Lynn answered all of the questions right away. Shipyard is located in a more quiet area of HH. The beach area gets crowded right at the beach access area but if you walk just a little more north, you can get away from the crowds if that’s what you want. House was fantastic and I also loved the location as well. I will definitely come back!!! Thank you, Lynn!
