« Staff was helpful and friendly! Hotel maintenance needs improvement. There were bugs in the kitchen area and bathroom floor. Worst offense was the shower was not functional …...the knob to pull up for the shower function was not attached to the plumbing so only the tub was available! I don’t do tubs and was very difficult to lower myself to wash my hair. This is unacceptable. So, Candlewood Suites, fix the shower in Room 302! »

« I may have written the review but stay way from this property. I prepaid for three nights si I stayed anyway but was sorry i did. I felt unsafe the entire time. No elevator to the second floor either. Uncomfortable furniture, bad plumbing, bad parking lot (like parking in a truck parking lot with pot holes), no breakfast as advertised. They are trying to remodel but I dont think thats possible. Sometimes it just time to tear it down. »

« There were gnats in the room. When I spoke to the front desk when checking out, they didn’t apologize. Also, I packed two sample perfumes and put in the bathroom. When I used one of them, when I got back to my room that day, it was gone. I notified the front desk at checkout and he would talk to the manager about it. When I got home, unpacked and found the perfume sample in an inside pouch in an overnight bag that was in another area of my room far from the bathroom. Kitchen was fine and air...
