Despite booking a room with payment upon arrival, I was informed only upon my arrival that my reservation had been cancelled due to full occupancy. Crucially, I received no prior notification (phone or email) of this cancellation, leaving me stranded and scrambling to find alternative accommodation. Furthermore, the night manager's abrupt change in demeanor when addressing my predicament, contrasted with her interactions with other guests, was highly unprofessional. This experience was entirely unacceptable. "

"It was an older hotel and we did have issues trying to get the shower knob to work. But the location was great, views amazing, and the staff was superb. We loved the bar and the restaurant. Would stay here again!!!"
