"Stayed 3 nights. Checked in/out was quick and easy. Staff is friendly. We got the 2nd floor 2-queen room with balcony and spectacular view of the mountain and ranch full of cute goats, sheep, and turkeys. The 300-building is one of the best view areas. Room and bathroom were clean, spotless faucets. However, small concern, shower head was little molded which we had to clean out. Complimentary breakfast vouchers were redeemable at the Porter’s restaurant where staff was really friendly and the food was good. TV was quite small, maybe 32 in so it was a little difficult to watch from the bed. Not a big deal for me. Location is convenient to other restaurants and is very close to Zion National Park, free shuttle bus to visitor center. Beautiful sky at night with sparkling stars. We were lucky to see a couple shooting stars. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, loved the farm animal and would definitely stay again."

"We got a really warm welcome when we first arrived. The woman who checked us in gave us our grab and go breakfast the night before so we could head to Zion earlier in the day which was super helpful for our trip. "

"The location is great, but our experience was disappointing. It was around 11pm when we checked in and the heater in our tent wasn’t working. With temperatures near freezing, we had to wait over an hour for the maintenance team to arrive and provide an additional heater. Unfortunately, this delay made the night quite uncomfortable and affected our overall experience."

"Clean but dated room. Way overpriced and understaffed. Had to wait 45 minutes past check-in time to check in. No linens on the pullout or in the room and took two trips down to the front desk to get them (no one picked up the phone) and a wait of over an hour. Dated towels, linens, and furniture. For the price tag, I expected much better. The staff that we talked to were amazing and accommodating, but they were spread too thin. Save your money and stay someplace else. "

"Rooms were great. Just a heads up to bring your own linens. They do offer linens and towels for $10.00 per person. Location is great. Walking distance to Mt Zion entrance or take the shuttle. There is a shuttle stop next door."
