Staff - Initial arrival & overnight clerks at check-in very personable; clerk at check-out seemed bothered by my not seeing small box for door cards at front desk. Parking - Adequate parking; could have done without operator of motorcycle with loud mufflers warming up engine at 7am; hopefully adjoining neighborhood doesn't continue to dilapidate. Breakfast - Didn't partake as disappointed not included in rate."
