"I did not use the laundry service. My room was warmer than I'd like, however there was no way to control the temp."

"Food was absolutely disgusting, had no seasoning . Have to pay to park across the street . Staff rude . Biggest problem is parking across the street at the indigo hotel and having to walk across the street. "

"We stayed, over night, and were rather disappointed. We had been here about 10 years ago, and because we did not have any complaints then, we rebooked for this stay. When you arrive, even in the middle of the afternoon, you have to push a buzzer to enter. We had to wait 15 minutes to get checked in. The toilet was an inch or two lower than the edge of the tub, and I had to use the tub wall to help me climb off the stool and the first time we flushed, it backed up. My husband complained because certain of his parts hit the water when he sat down. The toilet paper roll kept popping off the holder because the left side was loose and the moment you pulled on the paper the roll fell on the floor. The room seemed clean, but the floors were vinyl plank, so they were cold, the microwave clock had not been reset to Daylight Savings Time, the left hand faucet knob squeaked (you could hear it across to the far corner of the bedroom). When we arrived for breakfast, the only warm things were coffee and toast. We saw dry cereal, toast, yogurt, and juice. We didn't see hot water for tea. The Dining area was so small that if everyone we saw gathering their breakfast had tried to sit down, there would not have been nearly enough room. We have been in 17 hotels this last year, and I'd say this one was the worst. "

"Gosh I can’t say enough good things about this property …stayed one night for the Cardi B concert excellent staff even gave us a corner room cause it was available and slightly bigger …it had a walk in closet too!!! Excellent location sky way to target center was top tier since weather was kinda gross …clean room clean property great breakfast ….we parked across the street but parking in the hawthorn garage is super convenient also !!!! I’ll def stay again …keep being great Hampton inn and suites "

"Free hot breakfast daily: two different kinds of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, waffles, pancakes, apples, oranges, bananas, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice. Also FREE DINNER!! Day one chicken alfredo, veggies, baked potato bar, and chips with nacho cheese. Did I mention FREE alcoholic drinks too during dinner. THREE of them. There are 5 different cocktails to choose from. The hot tub was phenomenal with strong jets, the rooms and facilities were very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Parking was easy (although there is a daily fee of 15 dollars). Staff were very nice and accommodating. 10/10 I would stay here over and over and over again!!"
