All in all the location is good but I would not count on their promised amenities"

"What a great experience! When we arrived, my husband went to park the car and I went to check-in. When I walked in the door, there were two couples ahead of me. The front desk guy (who I now know as Michael) looked at me and said ‘Mrs Eastman?’. I looked around like ‘how did he know?’. He never caved and told me, but my husband said our name when he went into the parking lot. Too funny. Michael was super professional and accommodating, but I knew he had a sparkle in his eye! Our room was nicely appointed, had a coffee maker, a fireplace, and a double jacuzzi tub (and shower) which was amazing! It’s very dated, but in a good way, in original early 1900’s decor. I wish we would have stayed a day or two longer so we could’ve enjoyed Charlie’s Restaurant. I would LOVE to come back here and stay longer and enjoy the beautiful little town of Stillwater."

I didn't notice that I needed to mention to the staff that I would like my room serviced so we came back to the room after a long day out and we did not have fresh towels. My mistake for not noticing the notice that was posted, I guess. Also awakened both nights by loud guests in the hall. I would definitely stay again."
