"It was a quiet weekend. Not too many people. A few choices for restaurants to eat . No more buffett since Covid. But it was relaxing. Hardly anybody in pool after 6pm. They close at 8pm. I had a good time . Had a choice of machines to play & did win a bit of money. "

"Not good for elderly senoirs. The beds are too high. The floors are slippery. My sink got clogged. The showers didn't drain. No coffee pot in rooms as advertised. Room smelled like smoke in a non smoking section. I asked for a room close to elevators and not on higher floors. It was hard on my elderly parents. The staff was great though. Kids screaming in the hallways at night. Kids throwing up in the pools. Not relaxing at all. Good for single people and young families. "

"Overall a good place to stay but the furniture in the room looked a little dated. Our room wasn’t cleaned even though we left the housekeeping needed magnet displayed which also meant we didn’t get more toiletries or fresh towels. The pool areas were good and the hotel is located in a quiet residential area. In the beginning we had issues with tv channels not working that were fixed by a friendly maintenance man but the channels would still occasionally briefly not work. "

"We got the junior suite which we very enjoyed. Room is spacious and clean. Front desk staff Denise was very nice and professional. Strong enough Wifi and great organization on Easter Day with egg hunting events for kids. We didn’t participate but we enjoyed the view and liveliness of it. One down side, we requested amenities but didn’t receive service after a long wait. I had to ask the housekeeping team in the morning for things I asked for the night before."

"Clean room, easy to find, plenty of parking. I always stay here when I go to the wineries. "

"I knew the hotel was close to the highway but wasn’t prepared for how loud the road noise was even in the room with the doors closed. We were told no other rooms were available, (and discovered our room phone was non-functional when trying to call the office). We also had loud neighbors with poor soundproofing between the rooms and a large group hanging out loudly in the courtyard at midnight. So, bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Book a pool view room as those are set further back from the highway. My kid enjoyed the pool, and the Windmill Food Hall was convenient next door. "

"We stayed over Easter weekend. The room above us was constantly making noise and kids were running around, moving furniture and jumping off the bed for long periods of time. Called the front desk to ask if they could send someone to speak to them and were told they could send someone as a courtesy but couldn’t do anything unless it was between 10pm-7am as those were the quiet hours. If they sent someone to talk to them it didn’t solve anything. Waited until 10pm on both nights to have them finally send security to the room and it did not work. Noise finally stopped around 11:30 each night. I asked to be moved and were told no rooms were available. However, Hotels.com had rooms available to book each night so not sure how they were sold out. Will not be staying at this location again. "
