"This property was spotless. Our room had plenty of space for two people and the breakfast was pretty good. I definitely recommend this Holiday Inn and Suites. "

"Was a good spot to spend time with friends and close enough to Fayetteville and Rogers to hop over for local things to do. Will rent again when back in that neck of the woods!"
"This is a great property. It is everything it says it is. The house is very clean and has most everything you need on a vacation. Our family of grown children and their families enjoyed it so much!! I will say it has to have the best views of the lake far better than the pictures. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was helpful and made it so easy!! "

"Pictures are accurate,House was stocked with coffee, washer pods for dishwasher, Pod and dryer sheets for washroom.House was clean and located in a Ruel area.We swam in the lake out front, the water is deep there.I would stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fit our family perfectly. The backyard and the scenic lake access was amazing. We did however expect to have a bit more swimming access, but the listing does accurately describe what was available. The only suggestion I would make is there was not enough towels for our family of 8, we could only find 5 towels. We made it work though and truly enjoyed our stay!!"
"We would like to see better access to the water with either a dock or cleaning up the driftwood and brush. Great property and very responsive & helpful hosts!There was an issue during our stay and the host had a repair man there promptly for a fix. Would stay agin. "
"The house was gorgeous with an even better view! They had everything we needed to have a great time! We played corn hole, poker, ping pong, darts, and other games! The wood was provided for us to be able to enjoy a camp fire at night and roast marshmallows. The paper plates and plastic silverware were super helpful so we weren’t constantly washing dishes and instead we were enjoying the house. The owners are so nice and quick to respond. We spent so much time in the house just enjoying family and overall was a great trip:) I can’t wait to go back"

"We stayed at the Farmhouse for a family reunion. Absolutely ideal. It’s the most unique rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The house sits on 20 acres of lake shore privacy. Excellent for yard games, swimming, kayaking, and relaxing by the well appointed firepit. The house easily accommodates 10 people. We saw wildlife every night including herds of deer. I cannot recommend this property high enough for a large group gathering. We rented a pontoon boat from Prairie Creek marina, and that was a wonderful experience as well. It was so fun cruising around Beaver Lake for the day. Finally, the owner was so easy to work with. She surprised us with a homemade cake upon our arrival. Very nice touch. "
