"The person at the front desk did not seem to know that she was doing as well as the front desk taking a picture of my passport, which I didn’t have a problem with, but when we returned to check in they took another copy of my passport. Which I thought was unnecessary."

"Quiet and older onsen by the river and train tracks in Gero onsen town. A shuttle service is providing certain hours, but we opted to walk to the resort from the train station. After a hot bath I recommend having a nice cold milk from the vending machines. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and it was fun to try the dinner/breakfast. Some instructions and info on how and what we were eating would have been nice but not knowing is a fun part of that experience! Thank you for having us!"
