« This apartment was the most perfect stay in Miami!!! The space was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I especially loved the views from both the balcony and the pool area. The location is very convenient and a short drive/uber to major attractions; you could even walk to many places downtown. The host and guest services were top tier. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami. You won’t be disappointed! »

« Property was not where I was led to believe, in fact it was across the bay. The one photo was not of the room I thought I was booking. Host was very cordial but that didn’t make up for the “bait and switch “ I felt occurred »

« Stayed here for three days and had the best day with an amazing view was able to get all my productivity done and run around and do my errands being so close to downtown and good thing I didn’t rely on the monorail just walked around everywhere and it was very pleasant »

« The condo was mostly as expected, and the check-in process was relatively seamless.The Valet out front told me that valet was by the hour only and we had to park at a parking garage down the street if we wanted daily/overnight…when we were planning to valet and park and the building. Minor inconvenience. Once inside, we were disappointed by the building's ongoing facade work. While the listing mentioned weekday pool closures when we booked, it did not mention that all windows would be completely...

« The bed was hard as the floor and extremely uncomfortable and the couch was just as bad. No tv in the bedroom. My bathroom trash can was full upon arrival. The key system is difficult and they had to reprogram my door which didn't work so i used the manual key left there. It also is nothing like what you advertised it to be..I paid for a luxury ocean front property in which your site sent me to an address that was closed after calling and explaining the situation the reservationist seem to...
