The listing did not have pet fees listed or that if you needed a 3rd parking spot the fee was 100 & that caused a little stress & inconvenience. « We loved the property and couldn't have asked for a more family friendly beach atmosphere. It was our first time in Fort Morgan and we are already planning our next trip! The whole family loved it, especially the two grandpups. Check-in and checkout was a breeze. The easiest on any property we've ever stayed in. Having a complete kitchen and a grill in the outdoor made it so simple for laid back evenings after a day at the beach. Plenty to do just down the road if you are ready for a break...
