"We enjoyed our stay very nice and clean. The only complaint we do have is the air conditioner is was little slow coming on & off it would get real stuffy in the room real fast when the air would kick off. But when it kicked on it was nice and cool. A fan would have been nice to keep the circulation going around the room. As everything else was great . "

"Super cute hotel in downtown Memphis! Staff was really welcoming and helpful. Room was showing a little wear but bathroom was really clean and renovated. Area around the hotel is great, you can walk down to the park by the river or to a restaurant. We drove about 10 minutes to eat at Hattie B’s hot chicken, so good! Loved this hotel and our short stay!"

"Great desk clerks gave valuable tips on local attractions. AC worked very well. Sink area needs to add a towel bar. Internet was slow and didn’t work at all sometimes. Room was comfortable with a nice view. Elevators were fast. Breakfast was fabulous. "

"Property bathrooms need updating "

"Overall stay was excellent. I do think there are upgrades and updating being done. This is a beautiful clean and well kept hotel. Minor quirks are the elevators need some refurbishing and when we arrived in our room there was Popeyes chicken in the fridge, and the carpets need to be refreshed The people and staff are amazing and attentive. Coming to assist right away. We loved the online check in. I will stay here again the next time I visit Memphis "
