The wifi wasn't working when I checked in, was briefly fixed, and then stopped working again. There was a balcony with partial ocean views, as advertised, but the lock on the sliding door wasn't working, so it was very difficult to open and close the door. Other furniture and fixtures were in shabby conditions. The location is not actually that close to the night market or shops. Positives: the bathtub was huge. This location was very close (2 min walk) to Kenting Ave because we found a short cut which is behind a small parking lot on the left side of the hotel.
