The staff were all very kind and accommodating. However, the fine dining (NT$1,600 per person) was a major disappointment — surprisingly poor quality compared to other Volando locations. The facilities also feel outdated, and there isn’t much to do outside the room. 但第一天抵達介紹房間（海景蜜月套房），打開浴室的窗簾我馬上傻眼，浴室整面海景落地窗面對的是車道與其他房間和共用空間！這樣浴室毫無隱私的設計概念是第一次在高級飯店遇到，更別說樓下車道一直有孩童騎車嘻戲或成人聚集抽菸嘻鬧，跟我入住過的杜蘭朵烏來體驗完全不同。 好在第二天協助加價升級至海畔套房，才有了很好的客房體驗。 服務人員都非常親切，但還有很多小地方令人感到無法理解，讓人有這裡是以家庭或團體為主打而較不在意雙人入住的旅客。第二天一早用餐時空曠的餐廳卻讓我們坐在與攜帶幼童家庭相連的座位，經反應才換往靠窗獨立的餐桌，隔天一早又發生類似事情，所有靠窗座位都沒人，卻仍安排我們入座中間座位，經反應後仍說那些座位要留給人數較多的客人，但至用餐結束都無人入座（用餐時間是前一晚預訂的），這點讓人覺得服務有些不夠細緻。
